Customer service and satisfaction is one of our main priorities. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product you have received, please contact us within 72 hours and we will work with you to try and resolve the issue at hand.

Custom Apparel Policies
EXCHANGES/RETURNS
Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we do not accept returns. Please note that sizing can very between manufactures or styles. We canot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once garments are printed. If your item is materially flawed or defective please let us know within 3 days of receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a reprint of the exact original design.
APPROVAL
We do require an email approval for any artwork that is to be printed for your order. This is to ensure that your order is fulfilled correctly
PAYMENT
Before we fulfill your order we require a full payment up front. For your convenience we accept all major credit cards and cash

Pre-Printed Garment Policies
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. RETURNS-All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS-To return an item, please email customer service at 3dottees@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization., place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address: (you may also return in person to store)

REFUNDS- After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit or exchange. Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your store credit or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
